Prepare for the goodness that lies ahead with one of the resort's mouth-watering soups, ranging from Creamy Roasted Tomato Bisque to Pumpkin Veloute.

As a prelude to dinner, enjoy a fresh salad, including the Baby Iceberg "Waldorf Salad," Ensalada El Yunque, and Ensalada Culebra.
