Local Activities

Less than a mile from Louis XIV's Chateau de Versailles, with strong links to Paris, Trianon Palace Versailles is just minutes from world-famous cultural attractions and several highly-acclaimed golf courses.

Experience a slice of Versailles history by visiting the Equestrian Show Academy. Founded in 2003 in the royal stables of Chateau de Versailles, the EAA was created to inject a fresh perspective on live, equestrian entertainment. A nurturing area of creativity, this facility spotlights a previously neglected form of the arts.

Overtaken by Barabas as a platform for a new form of 21st century equestrian choreography, this new 'equestrian ballet' intends to craft original, unusual artistic scenarios. Combining dressage, song, artistic fencing and dance with entirely unique performers.

Visit the championship-level Golf de Saint-Nom-la-Bretèche golf course, or play a few rounds on the Golf du Paris Country Club course. The grounds of Parc du Domaine de Madame Elisabeth are perfect to relax in with a picnic, as you rest amidst the orange grove and recline on the grass.
