Slopes at Waldorf Astoria Park City offers guests modern mountain cuisine featuring fresh seasonal ingredients. Led by Executive Chef Clement Gelas, the dishes and ingredients draw inspiration from the surrounding Wasatch Mountains to bring elements of nature into the restaurant by sourcing and foraging for local ingredients from the nearby mountain and serving dishes on natural stone and wood. Signature dishes include a Manti Elk Carpaccio served with quail egg and parmesan, Pine Scented Chicken with leeks and mountain mushrooms and Pickled Baby Beets garnished with watercress, fresh shaved truffle and local goat cheese.
