Galvin Brasserie de Luxe
Chef Médaille d'Or, Craig Sandle, Executive Chef - Scottish Hotel Awards 2013
The chic but informal Galvin Brasserie de Luxe brings Parisian style to the heart of Edinburgh, and the design theme pays homage to the grand urban French bistros of Paris and Lyon, with its highly polished surfaces, ceramic tiles, archetypal lighting, and reflecting mirrors.
Experience a number of dining options for entertaining, socialising, business gatherings, a discreet one-to-one meeting, or parties. Have a light lunch at the seafood counter, an ideal place for single diners or to whet your palate before dining at your table. Book the Salon Privé for private dining for up to 16 guests or a stand-up cocktail party for up to 30.
Savor the menu created by the Galvin brothers, featuring a blend of classic French brasserie favourites and local seasonal specialties, including Prix Fixe, plats du jour, Scottish Crustacea and à la carte menus. The kitchen is overseen by award-winning executive chef Craig Sandle.
The Galvin Brasserie de Luxe epitomises the style, cuisine and atmosphere that established the Galvins' reputation at their first flagship restaurant, the Bistrot de Luxe on London's Baker Street.
The Galvin Brasserie de Luxe is open seven days a week for lunch and dinner and is located on the ground floor of the hotel, with access from Peacock Alley and its own entrance on Rutland Street.
