From a private island to a family-friendly water park, El Conquistador is an ideal destination for water recreation. Take a short catamaran ride to private Palomino Island. Spend the day on a white sand beach and explore the island and calm waters.  Go snorkeling and be amazed by the brilliant colors of sea life or windsurf in warm waves for invigorating fun. Later, relax in a lounge chair sipping a tropical drink served by our attentive staff or have lunch at Iguana’s, a casual, oceanfront café.

Gather the family and head to Coqui Water Park, featuring pools and water rides such as a lazy river and speed slide. Refresh and play in El Conquistador’s seven outdoor pools and whirlpools, including a lap pool, pool with swim up bar and activity pool. Three private pools are available for registered guests staying at Las Casitas. Dock personal watercraft at the secure, 35-slip private marina, which accommodates 30- to 65-foot boats.

Stay on land and enjoy resort recreation. Play a round of golf at the championship course or schedule a lesson with a pro. Challenge a friend to a game of tennis on a clay or hard surface court. Work out in the fitness center or indulge in spa treatments at the world-renowned Waldorf Astoria Spa.
