Goldfinch Brasserie welcomes Itzik Barak - 24.01.17 – 26.01.17

For three nights only, Goldfinch Brasserie will welcome one of Israel's most renowned chefs — Itzik Barak, executive chef of Waldorf Astoria Jerusalem — for a gastronomic jam session.

Sidney Schutte, executive chef of Waldorf Astoria Amsterdam, will work alongside Itzik Barak to cook up a six course menu that highlights Israeli culinary traditions, with a contemporary twist.

The two chefs met last year during the Taste of Waldorf culinary program in New York and immediately connected, recognizing a joint passion for discovering new cuisines, flavor combinations and techniques.

And what is more spectacular than bringing together two talented chefs for a tasting menu that showcases both their passion and authenticity?
