Chefs push the limits of vegetarian cuisine

From 30 September 2016 until 2 October 2016, Goldfinch Brasserie will set the stage for a collaboration between two innovative chefs: Jason Pan, executive chef of WUJIE, and Sidney Schutte, executive chef of Waldorf Astoria Amsterdam. What they have in common is their passion for next-wave vegetarian cuisine. These two dynamic chefs, with support of their talented teams, will co-create a Seven-Course Vegetarian Menu (PDF). This unique experience can be enjoyed not only by vegetarians, but all lovers of innovative cuisine.
