For the couple who have it all, the Rome Cavalieri has devised the ultimate in wedding packages for up to 100 privileged guests – all for the neat price tag of $1,000,000. If money is no object for your big day, this hotel can make your wildest dreams come true…here are just some of the possibilities… After flying to Rome via private jet and arriving at the hotel in a chauffeur-driven vintage car, bride and groom will check in to the Penthouse suite - 250 square metres of luxurious accommodation featuring four original Andy Warhols and a huge panoramic roof terrace with private whirlpool. The king size bed will be made up with the couple's choice of finest monogrammed Italian Pratesi Paradise linen - to be shipped home on departure of course. This rare linen is so elite that only 10 metres can be woven by Pratesi in a week! All wedding guests, who will have received their handwritten invitations on personalized hand-crafted paper from the Amalfi Coast, can be accommodated in 50 Executive Floor rooms and suites on the 7th and 8th floors of the hotel, and all will enjoy private butler service. To ensure everyone is looking their best for the wedding pictures (set amongst the most famous Roman landmarks such as the Trevi Fountain, the Coliseum and the Spanish Steps), guests can indulge in spa pampering and professional hair and make up services in the Grand Spa. The hotel provides a personal wedding planner to oversee all details of the event, both on and off property, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish. The couple can exchange their vows at the church or synagogue, or alternatively, a Vatican City church wedding can be arranged. Arrival at the church or synagogue can be by dramatic horse-drawn carriage, complete with outriders, or vintage car. The couple can also opt to have their wedding bands custom-designed by Italian master-jeweler Fabio Salini. Mr Salini can also create bespoke gifts for the wedding party as special keepsakes. After the ceremony, return to a chic cocktail reception on the roof garden overlooking the city and an elaborate seven-course menu and wedding cake prepared by celebrated 3 Michelin-starred chef Heinz Beck. The highly professional staff at the hotel's famous La Pergola restaurant will ensure the Dom Perignon and caviar are truly free-flowing! Tables will be dressed with exquisite Pratesi table linens of 24 carat gold lace and luxury centrepieces. A stunning fireworks display and balloon release from the highest terrace overlooking Rome makes the perfect ending to the big day. In addition to the ceremony and after-party, the team at the Rome Cavalieri can arrange a selection of optional once-in-a-lifetime experiences, making this wedding package unlike any other. Is the groom a racing fanatic? Treat him to racing car driving lessons at the Vallelunga Track just outside Rome - and an original component of a Ferrari engine a keepsake. Is the bride a budding art guru? A private visit to the un-seen collections housed in some of the city's aristocratic palaces such as the Palazzo Colonna and the Casino dell'Aurora can be arranged, as can a truly special private visit of the Sistine Chapel. Finally, the Rome Cavalieri offers the"Something Borrowed" program to assist brides with fulfilling a part of the tradition of wearing "something old, something new, something borrowed and something blue" on their wedding day to display their uniqueness. Brides who choose the Rome Cavalieri hotel to serve as the backdrop for their special day are afforded the opportunity to borrow jewellery designed by Italian Princesses Lucia Odescalchi and Grazia Borghese!
