Smoking is prohibited in the public areas of the hotel and in 'non-smoking' bedrooms (art. 51legge n. 3 del 16/01/03 e del DCPM 23/12/03).
Smoking is permitted in designated 'smoking' bedrooms and in the Smoking room of La Pergola Restaurant.
For only € 35.00 per day, precious pooches will enjoy all that the Rome Cavalieri has to offer, including special doggy menus with a variety of options, including tuna, game and healthy rice, meat and vegetable soup. Personalised cashmere jumpers can also be ordered with your pet's name printed in dazzling rhinestones. Our fifteen acres of parkland offers plenty of area for walks for guest pets, and should you be busy, we offer a personal dog walking or dog sitting service for your convenience. Whilst you indulge in a one-of-a-kind spa treatment at the Rome Cavalieri Grand Spa Club, our friendly staff can accompany your guest pet to an appointment at La Domus Aventina, a nearby doggy spa for a quick shampoo, massage, skin treatment or stylish comb-out.
Although our four-legged friends are not allowed in La Pergola Restaurant, L'Uliveto or the Cavalieri Grand Spa Club, pets will be welcomed with open arms at the Tiepolo Lounge & Terrace and also the Imperial Club (not on furniture unless in their own kennel). Guest pets will also need to watch from afar whist guests enjoy themselves at the indoor and outdoor pools, and the fitness area, chalet and hotel's shuttle bus is also off limits to our favourite canine companions.
As per hotel policy, our deluxe and imperial rooms can accommodate a maximum of 3 persons.
Service of alcoholic beverages, in all bars open to the public, will finish at 2:00 am. (Legge n. 160 del 02/10/07).
Complimentary WiFi is available in the following public areas of the hotel: Lobby, Imperial Club, restaurants and bars (including Pool Bar).
The use of cooking appliances, open flames and irons is strictly prohibited.

Rome City Tax
Important update: Starting from September 1st, 2014, the City of Rome has disposed that the City Tax will be Euro 7.00 per person, per day.

Interviews and photo shoots are permitted, but only with prior consent from the hotel office of Public Relations.

The entire hotel site is protected with an Intrusion Alarm System, monitored around-the-clock by the hotel Security team.
In-house fire, evacuation and first aid teams are on duty around-the-clock and act immediately in case of emergency.
Access to guest room floors is only permitted after registration at reception (includes guests to the Imperial Club).
Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent. When a minor is travelling with other adults, written authorisation from their parent, accompanied by a photocopy of their passport, must be given to reception at the time of check-in.
The hotel management reserves the right to close any part of the facility for essential maintenance without prior notice and without entitlement to compensation.
The hotel is not responsible for any physical harm incurred whilst using Grand Spa facilities, including that arising from prior disorders or illness.
Access to the Grand Spa & Fitness Centre is limited to persons over 16 years of age.
Children under 16 years of age are permitted to use the indoor and outdoor pool under direct parental supervision.
No dogs or other animals are permitted in the Cavalieri Grand Spa Club or in pool areas.
Guests are required to wear appropriate attire in the indoor pool. Sport shoes are required in the fitness area.
Swimming attire is compulsory in the wet areas of the spa. It is required to wear pool slippers or shoe-covers, and bathrobes in the reception, corridor and bar area.
Swimming in outdoor pools is only permitted during opening hours under supervision by pool attendants.
The hotel's Fitness Circuit is complimentary for the hotel guests and can be accessed during the established opening hours of the centre.
The Spa environment is an oasis of tranquillity and relaxation, therefore mobile usage is prohibited while in the spa facilities.
For treatment requirements, we recommend advance bookings. For cancellations up to 4 hours before time of treatment, no fee will be charged.
Late cancellations and no shows imply a full treatment payment.
