Bull & Bear
Savor hearty steak and seafood dishes in this legendary restaurant, patterned after the New York original.
With chandeliers, a coffered ceiling and beveled glass windows, the Bull & Bear has a warm club-like feel. Savor the menu's hearty cuisine such as Veal Oscar, steaks and fish dishes. Named "Best Fine Dining" in the Orlando Home & Leisure 2010 Silver Spoon Award, the Bull & Bear is the only Florida restaurant to exclusively serve Certified Angus Beef Prime Grade cuts, the highest quality grade available in the United States.
Modeled after the legendary original Bull & Bear in the Waldorf=Astoria in New York, the 159-seat restaurant draws both hotel guests and local devotees. Attentive service includes tableside preparation, an innovation of The Waldorf=Astoria New York. The wine list features boutique vintners.

Elegant casual is the setting for the Orlando Oscar's. Enjoy comfort foods with a contemporary twist for breakfast and lunch. At the daily breakfast buffet, choose from omelets, crêpes and pancakes made individually at chef-attended stations, as well as a large selection of freshly baked pastries.
