Pelham’s offers a rich heritage, named after Sir Warren Pelham, a British Consul General and founder of the 1911 Shanghai Club, an exclusive gentleman’s club once situated within the impressive neo-classical building that is now this Shanghai hotel’s Waldorf Astoria Club. Blending classical heritage with modern sophistication, this popular Shanghai restaurant presents a luxurious dining experience, offering luxurious décor and a timeless ambiance.

Chef Bruno Bruesch introduces modern French cuisine infused with gastronomy classics perfected over 20 years’ of gourmet experience in some of the world’s most exclusive restaurants and private clubs. The best products from the sea and earth are featured in an innovative, simple yet flavorful menu. The signature dishes include Foie Gras Terrine with Cassis Gastrique and Alaskan King Crab with Avocado-Crab Cannelloni. For meat aficionados, the menu also features luxury prime cuts including Wagyu Entrecote and Cote de Boeuf to share. In addition, a seasonal 7-course degustation menu is also available.

Celebrate with vintage champagnes or choose from an extensive list of 500 exquisitely showcased, fine wines and enjoy this Shanghai restaurant’s lively atmosphere.
