Tohono Ballroom
Floor-to-ceiling windows provide panoramic desert views in this 5,370-sq.-ft. ballroom, which also offers a telescoping glass wall that opens to the foyer. The room accommodates up to 550 reception guests. Theater, schoolroom, U-shaped and hollow square configurations are also available.
Tohono Ballroom Section I
This 1,720-sq.-ft. section of the Tohono Ballroom accommodates up to 120 guests. All room configurations are available.
Tohono Ballroom Section II
Up to 200 reception or theater guests can be accommodated in this 2,050-sq.-ft. section of Tohono Ballroom. All other room configurations are also available.
Tohono Ballroom Section III
The smallest section of the Tohono Ballroom provides 788 sq. ft. of space for up to 80 guests in a reception or theater configuration. All other room configurations are also available.
Tohono Ballroom Section IV
Up to 85 reception or theater guests can be accommodated in 812-sq.-ft. Section IV of the Tohono Ballroom. All other room configurations are also available.
Tohono Ballroom Foyer
The 3,230-sq.-ft. Tohono Ballroom Foyer can accommodate up to 300 reception or 150 banquet guests. The foyer surrounds half of the oval Tohono Ballroom and opens onto the Sunset Terrace.
Sunset Terrace
Adjacent to the Tohono Ballroom Foyer, this terrace provides 2,740 sq. ft. of space and can accommodate up to 275 reception or 150 banquet guests. It faces west for stunning views at sunset and provides two adobe fireplaces for warmth and ambiance.
Lyon Den Boardroom
Up to 16 guests can assemble in this 595-sq.-ft. boardroom.
Juniper
This 1,680-sq.-ft. room accommodates up to 100 reception guests. Schoolroom, U-shaped, conference, banquet and hollow-square configurations accommodate groups of varying sizes.
El Pedregal Courtyard
This 7,350-sq.-ft. outdoor courtyard accommodates up to 550 reception guests and 230 banquet guests. The venue resembles an ancient Moroccan marketplace with a canopy and towered walls that reflect the colors of the Sonoran Desert.
Sonoran Ballroom
Located in the main lodge, this 1,925-sq.-ft. ballroom is ideal for a warm and intimate reception with up to 150 guests. All other configurations are available.
Sonoran Ballroom Section A, B or C
Each section of the Sonoran Ballroom provides 651 sq. ft. and can accommodate up to 60 reception guests. All other configurations are available to accommodate groups of varying sizes.
Sonoran Ballroom A&B or B&C
Combine two sections of the Sonoran Ballroom for 1,302 sq. ft. of space and up to 110 reception guests. All other configurations are available and accommodate groups of varying sizes.
Sonoran Patio
Overlooking the 6th fairway and duck pond of the golf course, the 576-sq.-ft. patio provides room for up to 80 reception guests or 40 banquet guests.
Clubhouse
Up to 150 reception guests can be accommodated in the 1,886-sq.-ft. Clubhouse. The theater arrangement accommodates up to 100 guests, schoolroom up to 25 guests, and banquet up to 108 guests.
Boulderview Room
Adorned by exposed wood beams and large picture windows providing breathtaking views to the west and the stunning backdrop of ancient boulder formations, this venue accommodates up to 45 banquet guests. Small groups can be accommodated in other configurations.
Sunset Room
The 253-sq.-ft. Sunset Room is an intimate setting for up to 18 guests in the banquet configuration. The theater configuration accommodates 15 guests; the schoolroom arrangement offers space for up to 6 guests; and a conference set up allows up to 10 guests.
Desert View Room
Up to 27 banquet guests can gather in this 368-sq.-ft. room. Other configurations accommodate small groups.
Boulderview Terrace
Featuring panoramic views of dramatic boulder formations, this 3,294-sq.-ft. terrace accommodates 150 reception guests or 110 banquet guests.
Cocopeli
Ideal for western or Native American-themed gatherings, this venue’s name means “place of good times.” Up to 200 reception or 150 banquet guests can gather in this 2,594-sq.-ft. room.
Chairman's Casita Boardroom
Located in the Executive Suites, the Boardroom seats up to 14 in a conference arrangement or accommodates 75 reception guests.
Duck Pond/Presidential Lawn
Located adjacent to the resort's main lodge, this outdoor space accommodates up to 225 reception guests or 200 banquet guests. It overlooks the charming duck pond and the lush green fairway of the #6 hole on the South Golf Course.
19th Green
Overlooking the #18 fairways of both golf courses, this outdoor space is located at the Boulders Golf Club and provides verdant greens and breathtaking views of Pinnacle Peak. The venue accommodates up to 150 reception guests or 120 banquet guests.
Organic Garden
An old boulder formation, a naturally flowing water feature, a reflection pond and fragrances of fresh herbs create the ambiance of a celebration set in the Organic Garden. The garden accommodates up to 75 reception or 50 banquet guests.
Rosie's Rock
Located on the #7 tee of the South Golf Course, this dramatic rock formation provides an unforgettable setting for an intimate ceremony and accommodates up to 50 guests.
Promise Rock
A cascading waterfall provides a naturally romantic backdrop framed by saguaro cacti. This setting is adjacent to the golf course and setting accommodates up to 130 guests.
