Sample American lodge cuisine prepared using fresh ingredients from boutique farms, dairies and ranches, and herbs from the Chef's Garden. Choose the chef's tasting menu or order delicacies from the à la carte menu which changes to reflect the seasons. The menu at Wright's highlights lodge cuisine of the 1930s, featuring game such as pheasant, rabbit and elk as well as contemporary entrees featuring seafood, chicken and meat. Select a wine from one of the Southwest's only working wine cellars. The changing menu includes classic dishes such as The Waldorf, the signature salad prepared in the style of the 1893 Waldorf=Astoria and the 1929 version from the Arizona Biltmore. Celebrate a holiday, special event or the weekend at the restaurant's brunch which features a cold buffet of salads, fruits, sushi, seafood and caviar along with hot entrees such as Eggs Benedict prepared to order.
