John Vanderslice is the global leader for Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts and Conrad Hotels & Resorts. Mr. Vanderslice joined Hilton Worldwide in September 2009 and since has developed brand positioning, innovative programming and assembled a world class operation for each brand. This has resulted in Hilton Worldwide being one of the fastest growing hotel companies in the luxury space.
Mr. Vanderslice has worked at such notable companies as Club Med, Inc. and Kraft General Foods. He served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Club Med Americas where he led Club Med in North and South America.
Prior to joining Hilton Worldwide, Mr. Vanderslice served as Chief Executive Officer for Miraval Spa, Tucson, Arizona, where he was instrumental in transforming the 13-year old spa into a top-ranked lifestyle resort and launched the first branded lifestyle real estate concept, Miraval Living in New York.
Vice President of Communications, the Americas and Luxury Brands for Hilton Worldwide
Mr. Allegrini oversees brand public relations for Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts and Conrad Hotels & Resorts worldwide, in addition to managing the public relations team that serves all of Hilton Worldwide’s full service, corporately managed properties throughout the Western hemisphere.
He has worked extensively in the hospitality industry in Asia, Europe and the East Coast of the United States in addition to his native Chicago, where his book and documentary, “Chicago’s Grand Hotels,” won a Governor’s Award at the 2007 Illinois Governor’s Conference on Tourism.

Mr. Foster leads all marketing efforts on behalf of Conrad and Waldorf Astoria Brands. Fluent in English and French and proficient in Japanese, Mr. Foster brings a true global perspective to his role. Mr. Foster is responsible for the strategic development and global positioning and is charged with leading these brands’ overall marketing initiatives to drive revenue, improve market share, build brand loyalty and support brand growth.
He has extensive experience in developing, shepherding and promoting global luxury brands at Moët-Hennessy and L’Oreal. Stuart has reinvigorated brands across channels while developing visibility and presence in hotels, restaurants and wine shops and has been successful in accelerating brands’ growth and achieving top market position globally in terms of both profit and volume.
Vice President of Brand Innovation & Guest Experience
Mr. Loughman oversees product innovation and guest experience for all luxury properties and works with the Director of Culture & Internal Communication, Director of Guest Experience and Senior Manager of Brand Standards to ensure each of our hotels has the global brand standards and the development and selection of products, amenities and services for use in our hotels that reflect the global nature and strategic positioning of each brand.
In his more than 27 years in the hospitality industry, Mr. Loughman has served as Managing Director at several amazing properties. He has worked with a vast array of leading luxury properties in South America, Mexico, and the Caribbean on new builds, renovations and Brand rollouts. He has been a part of Hilton Worldwide since 2010.

Mr. Ennes supports Hilton Worldwide’s global development efforts to grow the luxury brand portfolio, ensuring that each new addition meets the brands’ high standards for product and service quality.
Having joined Hilton Worldwide as Director, Managed Development – Western Region in March 2008, Michael’s professional experience includes performing appraisals, market and feasibility studies, and litigation support as a Senior Associate at Hospitality Real Estate Counselors.
